NYFW SS '15

Fashion week isn't over yet, but we needed a small review about what we've seen and most enjoyed of New York fashion week.

This post is all about details that have been highlighted for the upcoming season 2015.

Let's start with colors.  Black and white are still on, we can see a constant in every runway, stripes, florals, dots, mixed colors, everything that shows us that these colors are marking a huge trend. Although, I think white is much more the color that imposes next spring- summer season. Monochromatic looks in white are so stunning! like Christian Siriano shows us in his collection.

Yellow: subtle, romantic, enhance every skin color, bring joy to the outfit and it's growing and growing on every runway

Pastels combined with vaporous fabrics; there's so much of it, next season is going to be as romantic as a pink movie, a lot of charm!  ;)

Embroidered pieces that give glam to the collection and is stil rocking it. There's no way a complete collection without embroidered items.

Creativity:  Milly, a collection inspired by conceptual art; Alice + Olivia: always a colorful collection, glamorous, super chic.  Kate Spade and her snail clutch, very autochthonous. Mara Hoffman: as always, a collection that combined feminity and color, joy, life!
Geometrics, futuristic and prints that makes a difference with all that we've seen in the runways.

Cropped and striped keep givin sensuality to an outfit. Pleats in black and white give movement and enhance your silhouette. "Leather beaded shorts and put spring versailles print." what defines this collection.

Shoes: yellow is a constant in every collection including shoes. Tweeds from Manolo Blahnik, embroidered pieces for the show. Also wearable shoes. Futuristic as Phillip Lim ones. And, as Nina García says , a dash of neon on Carolina Herrera heels.
