The first plan that comes trhu our minds when a quick week of days-off is ahead of us, is running away to a beach paradise.
Travel becomes one of the nicest, relaxing things anyone needs, at least once a year; but, packing can turn into a picky task when we don't know exactly the essential garments we will need to take with us.
I always start by chosing different scenarios, three basic outfits for the whole day: beach, day and night time. Sometimes you will need only two, but it's safer to count with three options, you'll never know what could happen; daytime outfit can turn into night or beach time into day, so be very classy at the time to choose your clothes. Always look presentable.
You just need to follow the plan of your trip, if it is relax, comfy or chic, to pick clothes that will make you feel that air. Also, choose a few garments you can pair with luxe accessories to make it more fancy. Simplify your vacay wardrobe.
I divided a day at a random sea getaway on two simple outfits, because let's face it, we can spend the entire day with the same outfit (beach/day date), then it comes the sunset, we run to our hotel rooms and change outfits to start another fabulous part of our trip, night dates. Here they are:
- Beach/pool outfit: there are a few essential items you need to take besides bathing suits. Flats, never for any reason let your wedges enter to the beach, literally you need to see a video of how ridiculous you walk in the sand with heels, it's a disaster, tacky and completely unnecessary. A tote bag, to take everything you need inside, towel, skin care, headphones..., but please, stay comfortable. And a Kimono, this piece will work for everything, absolutely everything, wear it just with your swimsuit and you'll get a nice look to walk by, with a pair of shorts, dress and your outfit will have a glam vibe, it's perfect.
- Day/night outfit: I recommend to choose garments you can pair it with sandals, heels or flats and still look fabulous, this way, just with a change of shoes your outfit is set (and your suitcase lighter ;)). I think with a great accesories, a great clutch you can turn an outfit from day to night, so try this little rule to make it more creative. Remember, to look well-dressed, avoid a bunch of unnecessary items that can make you visually recharged. Less is always more.
The key of a sea outfit is to exhale freshness, nothing too structured; the touch of the style that defines you, is a must.
A day at the beach is a day well spent!

El primer plan que se nos viene a la mente cuando tenemos unos días libres es, salir corriendo a un paraíso en la playa.
Viajar se convierte en una de las cosas más relajantes y chéveres que cualquiera necesita; pero, empacar puede convertirse en una tarea difícil cuando no sabemos exactamente las prendas esenciales que necesitaremos llevar a nuestro destino.
Siempre empiezo por escoger diferentes escenarios, tres atuendos básicos para todo el día: playa, día y noche. Algunas veces solo necesitaremos dos, pero es más seguro contar con tres opciones, nunca sabes que pueda pasar: el atuendo del día se puede convertir en el de la noche o el de la playa en día, entonces, ten clase al momento de escoger tu ropa. Siempre debes lucir presentable.
Solo necesitas seguir tu plan de viaje, si es relajado, cómodo o chic, para escoger la ropa que te haga sentir ese aire. También, escoge un par de prendas que puedas combinar con unos accesorios de lujo y así, lucir más elegante. Simplifica tu armario de vacaciones.
He dividido el día en en dos atuendos simples, porque , seamos sinceros, podemos pasar todo el día con el mismo atuendo (día/playa), luego viene el atardecer, corremos a nuestro hotel y nos cambiamos el atuendo y así empezar otra parte de fabulosa de nuestro viaje, la noche. Aquí están:
- Atuendo para la playa/piscina: hay algunos artículos muy esenciales que debes llevar además de los vestidos de baño. Sandalias planas, nunca por ninguna razón dejes entrar tus plataformas a la playa, literalmente, necesitas ver un video de cuán ridícula te verías caminando en la arena en tacones, es un desastre, ordinario y completamente innecesario. Un bolso de mano, canasto, para llevar todo lo que necesitas adentro, como toallas, cuidados para la piel, audífonos o lo que quieras, pero por favor, mantente cómoda. Y un kimono, ésta pieza funciona para todo, absolutamente todo, llévala con tu vestidos de baño y obtendrás un look súper lindo para caminar por ahí, con un par de shorts, vestidos y tu atuendo tendrá una vibra muy glamurosa, es perfecto!
- Atuendo para el día/noche: recomiendo escoger prendas que puedas combinar con sandalias, tacones o planas e igual lucir fabulosa, de ésta manera, solo con un cambio de zapatos tu atuendo estará listo (y tu maleta liviana;)). Pienso que con unos accesorios estupendos, un sobre espectacular puedes convertir tu atuendo de día en noche, así que intenta ésta pequeña regla para hacerlo más creativo. Recuerda, para lucir bien vestida, evita un montón de artículos innecesarios que te hacen visualmente recargada. Menos es siempre más.
La clave para un atuendo de mar es exhalar frescura, nada muy estructurado; el toque del estilo que más te define, tienes que llevarlo.
Un día en la playa es un día bien empleado!
