Enough of black and white, emerald green is our great choice for this style guide!

Emerald, the trendiest hue of 2013. Pantone, international colour experts, named it as " the colour of the year". A color by which I think is elegance itself. 

I choose some outfits you can wear with it. I don't recommend a monochromatic look because it's too much of a heavy colour, you'll look odd and extravagant. Two words that doesn't combine with anything.

• For green trousers, you can wear a light colour or light printed fabric to enhance and level up the wild look; you can add an aztec printed bag that is still a strong trend right now. 

• Jeans are so easy to combine with everything, so I choose a green heels and blazer for this outfit; try to include a neutral colour if you choose both. The great thing about the emerald jacket is that is optional, if you feel too matching, just put the jacket aside.

• A maxi dress is always a fancy and a wonderful choice if you want to look glamorous; the one that I picked up is a versatile one, can be use day and night. The dress itself ask for a chic flats, but wedges is a nice option too; this kind of gown will make you look completely flattering. A sparkle clutch is a useful and a fashionable choice.

• And last but not least, skirts, choose a printed colorful top that combines with green. This outfit is a more casual and comfortable one without being boring. Remember that the outfit attitude is giving by you!

Too much of a color in one piece is overwhelming, so try to pick pieces that defines your look or just one that you know is going to be the personal spot or the center of it.
